Amazon updated their FBA reimbursement policy in March 2025 to base payouts on your uploaded sourcing cost in Manage Your Sourcing Cost. If you hadn't uploaded costs, or uploaded them after the reimbursement was issued, Amazon used their own estimated value — which is almost always lower than your real cost.
Amazon allows sellers to request a re-evaluation of a reimbursement amount within 60 days of the payout date. After that, the window expires and the amount cannot be disputed. Our audit flags each case by deadline urgency.

No. The delta is a claim estimate based on your invoice-backed sourcing cost. Amazon's final re-evaluation may differ depending on what costs they accept. We clearly label each case by confidence level (High / Medium) based on evidence quality.
